Opening an account, operator by operator

The five things that decide whether this works
Every registration form on this list asks the same questions in a slightly different order. These are the answers that matter.
- Country. Pick the country you actually live in. If Somalia is not in the list, the operator does not serve Somalia, and choosing a neighbour to get past the form will cost you the balance at your first withdrawal when the address does not match your documents.
