How to open a Betify account from Somalia

Before you start

Have three things ready: a phone number you control, the name exactly as it appears on your ID, and a plan for funding. Check the cashier options against what you can actually reach from Somalia before you spend time registering.

Step by step

1. Open the registration page. Use our link to Betify or type the address yourself. Do not follow a registration link sent to you in a message.
2. Choose how to register. Most operators offer one-click, phone number, or email. Phone number is the best option here: it gives you a recovery route and it is what support will ask for. One-click generates credentials you will lose.
3. Set country and currency. Select Somalia if it is listed. Choose USD as the currency. On Betify the currency cannot usually be changed afterwards, and picking one you cannot fund means paying a conversion spread on every transaction for the life of the account.
4. Enter your real name and date of birth. These must match the document you will upload later. A mismatch is the most common reason a withdrawal is refused, and it is not recoverable by argument.
5. Confirm the phone number. A code arrives by SMS. Somali networks deliver these reliably, but allow a few minutes.
6. Fund it with crypto. Betify takes USDT (network not stated). Open the cashier, generate the deposit address, and confirm the network label matches the one you are sending from. The minimum is €20.
7. Decide about documents. Requested at withdrawal. That is more relaxed than most, but it is a policy rather than a promise, and it can change at any time. Assume you will eventually be asked and open the account in your real name.
